Job description:

My client is a dominant market leader and industry pioneer, providing innovative payment and fintech solutions to corporate businesses and Financial Institutions.

They have successfully launched a new cloud based platform and are looking ahead to a period of exponential growth in the UK, with a greater opportunity in the mid-term to take this globally.

As a new entrant in the cloud / saas space, they need to hire an exceptional Head of Cloud Marketing, with experience of growing a cloud based platform from start-up to SME.

This is leadership role, reporting to the CMO in US and MD in UK, in a 700 person global line of business, where you will play a pivotal role in the company's digital marketing revolution.

* Accountable for the newly launched website for cloud services which is currently in execution phase
* Transform communications to customers and the market - make it relevant, prevalent, faster and more effective
* Track every lead - track revenue generated - they have the tools and now need someone to implement & turbo charge it - create multi-channel marketing programmes
* Need someone to eat, sleep, breathe how to strategically drive the cloud business forward from a marketing perspective - hand in hand with Head of Market Development and commercial sales teams
* Someone who understands cloud terminology - customer success, measure churn, optics, channel and can builds scalable opportunities
* To challenge the current way of thinking - rip the current business plan to shreds and redefine strategy to achieve 30% year on year growth and take the business from $15m to $100m!

Skills & experience needed:
* Enterprise saas, fintech, taking a start up to mid-sized, a highly entrepreneurial digital business
* Experience of fintech or payments
* Most have experience of growing a cloud business
* Experience of working with these types of platforms before, with a strong desire to achieve exponential growth and can provide real thought leadership - a disruptive out of the box thinker
* Someone wo really understands revenue marketing - results - data analytics - data driven marketing not branding
* Someone who can take an idea and action on it quickly
* They have the tools to make rapid decisions, improve and optimize - but they are not utilizing them
* Strong stakeholder engagement - collaborate with the sales teams and get sales to follow
