MEET SARAH WILTON
I am the Managing Partner at Volaris Exec and have over 15 years’ experience working very successfully in the Senior Appointments space, recruiting extensively within a number of key sectors including cards & payments, software & technology, retail / eCommerce and financial services.
I take pride in the knowledge that by placing the very best people into key leadership roles, we are genuinely helping our clients to achieve their own business ambitions. THE VACANCIES I WORK ON
I work with senior leadership and Director level talent across multiple disciplines including technology, programme delivery, sales, marketing and operations. I focus on permanent positions £100,000+ and interim assignments of £800+ per day.
Whilst 80% of our business is currently successfully delivered on a contingency basis, around 20% is on a project retained basis. I have never failed to deliver a successful candidate in over 15 years working on a retained basis across multiple campaigns in many different disciplines and industry sectors.
MY CLIENT PORTFOLIO
I have covered a wide range of market sectors and job disciplines during my recruitment career. In recent years, I have worked extensively in the fin tech, payments & banking arena. My knowledge and extended network within payments & technology is widespread. I have a strong portfolio of clients and candidates in this sector working with card issuers, acquirers and global payment processors as well as the world’s leading financial technology companies, payments & e-commerce businesses providing alternative payments, m-commerce and mobile banking solutions. My clients range from international market leaders to start-ups driving innovation, future trends and emerging technologies.
I was asked by an existing industry contact to make a discreet introduction on their behalf to explore opportunities with one of the world’s leading financial technology companies. This introduction very quickly developed into an opportunity to work with the business on a number of very key senior leadership roles.
By working in close partnership with this committed client, during the last 4 months, Volaris have successfully placed over 10 senior leadership roles including CTO, Head of Managed Services, MD Core Banking, Commercial Director and Sales Director and have now been selected as a primary supplier across the entire EMEA business to include all technology recruitment with the introduction of our sister company People Source.
Given the very positive feedback we have received so far and my clients ambitious growth plans, we are looking forward to further strengthening our relationship throughout 2015.

A BIT ABOUT ME
In my personal life I enjoy spending plenty of time outdoors, either running, walking my dog Millie, camping, lying on tropical beaches, trekking up mountains (mainly steep hills) and skiing down slopes. I also am a dedicated auntie and spend as much time as possible with my family and the 2 very special little people in my life.
